Missing values

I'm also interested in building this driver but looking for missing resistors and capacitor values.
I'd also like to understand how you have used R9-R14 to configure dressing of each driver.

My hypothesis for limiting to 20ma the current flowing through the numitrons was to use a 165(170) Ohm resistor for R1-R8.

for the addressing of AD0-2, are you using a voltage division mechanism or are you simply using high Ohm resistor (3k?) as pull-up while bridging (or using zero Ohm resistors) to GND when setting to 0 and let it unconnected when setting to 1?

What is the purpose of the capacitor?
