Problem
After successfully creating a new Analysis Series from the inline "Create new series" form, the newly created series does not appear in the matching-series list. The only way to see it is to close and reopen the whole form.
Steps to reproduce:
- In the series picker, use "Create new series" to add a series (e.g. Campaign=all, Parameter=all, Sampling point=all).
- After creation, look at the "N matching series" list.
Expected: The list refreshes immediately and shows the newly created series (with an Add button), without leaving the form.
Actual: The list is stale; the user has to quit out of the form and re-enter it to see the new series and add it to the selection. Flagged as high-impact by the tester ("very bad").
