Problem
When setting a Person's Default collection kind, the dropdown only offers a fixed vocabulary (Composite24h, Composite8h, Grab, Other, Passive). If none of those fit, the user is forced to pick "Other" with no way to name what it actually is.
Steps to reproduce:
- Edit a Person record.
- Open the Default collection kind dropdown.
Expected: A way to add a new collection kind value (either inline from this dropdown, or a dedicated Vocabulary admin page), similar to other vocabulary-managed fields.
Actual: Only the existing fixed list is selectable; "Other" is the only fallback.
