HTML rendering of Signals and Datasets include a string rendering of the wrong properties

Right now, the signal.time_series and dataset.signals dump the entire dictionary of complex objects in the html render. That is incorrect behaviour. The time series and signals should appear as toggle lines that can be expanded for drill-down exploration.
