add a clear scrollback/window option #49

Description

@rszimm

I have an alias on my machine:
alias cls='echo -e "\033c\033[3J"'

It wipes the screen and resets the terminal (e.g. clears all funky encodings, clears the scrollback, etc).
I find my use case is almost always:

cls ; atch attach work

That means my local terminal is always exactly the same as I left it. Scrollback is exactly what is in the logfile. No extraneous stuff above where I ran the atch command. I know there's an aversion to a config file for this project, and I get that, but this would be a great addition to that. (an option for always clear terminal scrollback on attach). I suppose it could also be a flag (e.g. --clear-terminal-scrollback or something)
