Bring new ImageGen with onnyx runtime into repository

As described, there is POC already in place

Idea is to maybe, if possible - refactor current ImageGenService.cs the way that it does not require WebApi anymore, but it can call service (in provided repo mentioned as sdService) directly

I tried using other ONNX models, but none of them worked (different structure or ONNX Runtime simply threw errors).
Should I implement the API, even if only one model is compatible?
