Question about saving plots to file

Until now I have had to save figures generated using mne-r by clicking on the save button of the plot window that opens up.

Is it possible to save plots to files programmatically? I could not find a way.

Do you mean you generate plots with mne python called through reticulate?
You must then call matplotlib through reticulate to manipulate or save such figures.
