Part of #604. The tool_schemas answer gains sidecar[] beside schemas[] ({section, required, schema, instruction}), merged per answerer like the tool menu (GH #529). The collector writes one block contract: a fixed preamble (ONE ```sidecar block after the answer, one key per section, required sections every turn, optional ones only when they apply), then the sections, required first, under a character cap (param). The knob inline_extraction becomes `sidecar` (on in talky, off in cogny, which has no splitter). `templates/memory-hive/schemas` offers section `memory` carrying the inline contract (the file stays the authority; the drift lock gh525 moves with it). Collector + memory-hive bump (minor).
