This is the wave in which every open issue was either built or ruled. The tracker holds one thing now, and it is a measurement that has to wait for the surface under it to stop moving.

What is new, in one line each:

• The mutation door leaves a receipt. Every committed mutation raises mutation_committed, colony.json carries mutation_receipts, and the menu and the screen follow it — so the two timers that polled for "did anything change?" are gone. A tick that only asks a question is not an event source.
• A store writes and reads its own files. The transfer slot gained export … to: / import … from:, fenced by params.transfer.base_path at the consuming store, with three new error_code strings. The one cell that turned an export back into files for the whole member level is gone with it.
• memory_recall is an ordinary tool call. The member's own memory hive declares the tool and answers it; the private lane between a composite and its collector is removed.
• Every member grows a screen and an app, and the OS hands out the port: screen_port_base plus the member's index in the org, stamped into the declaration and readable off the tree.
• Every behaviour knob in the template library is a param — ~140 of them, defaults byte-identical, and a tree rule that keeps the environment surface from growing back. Secrets, model ids and provider endpoints stay where they belong.
• One gate chain, and it reads the diff. Three chains that each carried their own hard-coded list of steps became one entry point whose scope comes from the change.
