Not working with DeepSeek

I just tried running sentiment analysis using mall::llm_vec_sentiment() with deepseek-r1:8b, and all predictions came as NA. I haven't tested much, but I believe it's probably due to DeepSeek outputting <thinking> before all its answers.

Are you using a local installation based on ollama or are you calling an external service? I ask because I didn't understand if it is possible to use mall only through ollama
