Acceptance:
- Every mandatory scorecard row passes with retained current evidence.
- No Critical or High finding remains.
- Every remaining Medium or Low finding, if any, has the required explicit disposition.
- The publication-code repository is locked to the candidate and its applicable backtest unit,
notebook, and case-study checks pass.
- The final decision is
READY.
