Add E2E and targeted regression coverage for the expanded catalog and accessible UI.
Scope
- add Playwright coverage for adding operations from grouped categories and running them
- add regressions for keyboard shortcuts, focus movement, search or filter navigation, and accessible announcements
- include browser-safe regression scenarios for representative codecs such as Base62 and related families
- keep changed-file coverage at 100 percent for the new UI and catalog logic
