As a user
I want to see create new resumes
So that I can use the platform as a database for all my curriculums

Acceptance Criteria

You must be able to

• Create a new resume
• Give a name to the resume
• Give a description to the resume
• Choose a template for the resume
• Add all needed information on the resume
