在虚拟环境里运行程序的时候，出现了 Pixiv API token is not set, pixiv endpoint will be unavailable 的告警，尝试按照指引获取到了pixiv的refresh token，写入配置文件后保存。但是再重启时仍然会提示该告警。且另外两个缺失了账密信息的功能（bika和sauce）的配置文件的enable设置为false之后，关闭程序然后重新运行时，仍会继续读取。请问这是为甚么
