using `defaultValue = DatetimeColumn.NOW_IN_MILLISECONDS` as well as `flags = DatetimeColumn.FLAG_AUTO_NOW` doesn't yield atomic setting of the column values. Test 2 failed with created / modified being off by 1ms. Ideally these should be exactly the same.
