[Bug]: VRCT is not opening for some reason

What happened?

When i try to open the translator, it doesnt budge, it just appears in the task manager and nothing else, no error, no nothing.

3.4.3

Runtime Environment

Windows 10

Country/Region

Russia

Relevant log output

no error logs were created
