In short: we are committed to making participation in this project a harassment-free experience for everyone. Be respectful and constructive; critique code and ideas, never people; assume good faith; and welcome newcomers — this project exists partly to teach CGE modelling, so beginner questions are on-topic by design.
Unacceptable behavior includes harassment, personal or political attacks, trolling, publishing others' private information, and any conduct that would be inappropriate in a professional setting, as elaborated in the Contributor Covenant's enforcement guidelines.
Instances of unacceptable behavior may be reported to the maintainer at james.miraflor@gmail.com. All reports will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly, and the reporter's privacy respected.
