High Sierra compatible version

For many - e.g. the old machine is running just fine - I'd stick to High Sierra. On the other side, I've to support a friend's smarthome. For that Wireguard is the only choice. Therefore I'd kindly ask to extend the list of Wireguard versions to support even High Sierra. The available 1.0.15 is too new.

Sadly I don't have access to any version that is older than 1.0.15 (and even it was provided by a kind individual) so unless someone who still has 1.0.14 uploads it there's no way to get it anymore

Building that won't be easy.

From what I understand VPN apps require access to the "Network Extensions" capability. And you need a paid Apple developer account (99$/year) to use Network Extensions.

So if you build it without having access to a paid Apple dev account it will build but won't function
