fix(deps): bump mcp 1.28.1 + setuptools 83.0.0 (audit) (#154)
Clears the pip-audit findings (mcp CVE-2026-59950, setuptools PYSEC-2026-3447)
that fail the audit gate on main and block Dependabot #152.
