Missing tags on docker hub

Should we build it from source selecting a specific version or keep using official repo?

I personally solved the problem by pointing to the hash I wanted instead of tag
million12/varnish@sha256:ed05a98d204b1447b7650310eebd13291381177c880f6331e8d031cab1d5123b

The problem of not using tags makes not sure about the image version we are getting (https://hub.docker.com/r/million12/varnish/builds/) when pulling million12/varnish:latest and we might end up with a different image between 2 builds if you pushed a newest version meanwhile.
