ChatGPT freezes when opening existing chats with AI RTL Resolver enabled

Description

When AI RTL Resolver is enabled, it works correctly for new ChatGPT conversations and RTL rendering is applied as expected.

However, opening any existing/older conversation causes ChatGPT to freeze completely.

Steps to Reproduce

Enable the AI RTL Resolver extension.
Open ChatGPT.
Open an older conversation from the sidebar.

Actual Behavior

The page freezes while loading the conversation.
No chat messages are displayed.
The browser tab becomes unresponsive.
The only way to recover is to force-close the tab.
