Unhandled response - PutCommand line 108

Hi.
Ive installed your bundle and tried the test code provided but everything ends up being an unhandled response?

Any ideas?
Can you provide a tutorial or some example usage within Laravel?
Where do i place the Workers? how do i run them? Any any ideas on the issue above?
