[scorecard][utf] Wire unified CRUD operations to v0.1.2 command support

Why

Baseline top unsupported reasons still include operations now implemented at command layer:

• bulkWrite
• findOneAndUpdate
• findOneAndReplace
• countDocuments
• replaceOne

Scope

• Extend unified runner adapter mappings for the operations above.
• Ensure option-shape validation is aligned with command handlers.
• Add importer/runner tests proving those operation entries are no longer marked unsupported.

Success Criteria

• Unsupported counts for targeted CRUD operations drop significantly in scorecard rerun.
• Imported coverage increases with no mismatch/error regression.

Priority

P1 (parallel with #100 after baseline freeze).

Progress update after merged PR #105:

• Added unified CRUD operation mappings for countDocuments, replaceOne, findOneAndUpdate, and findOneAndReplace.
• Added real-mongod translation path for those pseudo commands so differential execution compares equivalent server commands.
• Combined local rerun moved imported coverage to 480 and unsupported to 526.

Current status: kept OPEN.

• Remaining mismatch debt is concentrated in bulkWrite (60 cases) plus small residual query/update edge cases.

What changed:

• Added/expanded UTF adapter and real-mongod parity paths for CRUD operations in this issue scope:
  • bulkWrite
  • findOneAndUpdate
  • findOneAndReplace
  • countDocuments
  • replaceOne
• Added bulkWrite real-backend translation/execution path so official CRUD and transaction suites no longer fail due unsupported server command shape.
• Added regression coverage around replacement/update validation and _id upsert edge cases.
