I'm not sure why exactly (haven't debugged it), but it seems that opening the panel and every refresh takes multiple seconds to complete for information that should be available in sub-second time.
In my experience, reaction speed of a website/application/plugin is a massive determination of positive user impression, and frankly while I use the extension frequently and find the features impressive, the (unnecessary) waiting is a constant dread.
Please speed up the extension substantially - more frequent fetches, sub-second fetches otherwise (and there shouldn't be much reason to have sub-100ms + network latency), and more caching where it makes sense - it's fine if it takes a second to update if I can immediately interact even with the previous state fully.
