Section error when visiting auth_oidc settings in /admin/settings.php?section=manageauths

Hi,

I initially found this issue in a 5.1 test environment and reproduced it in a barebones 5.1 database with only Moodle 5.1.5, the local_o365 plugin and auth_oidc plugin installed to confirm.

It appears in Moodle 5.1 with the latest versions of the plugins, you will see a "section error" if you try to visit "edit settings" via: /admin/settings.php?section=manageauths (Manage authentication page). I've attached some screenshots of the relevant pages in the blank test environment.

The actual settings page, /admin/settings.php?section=auth_oidc_application, seems to work fine.

This error also happened with Moodle 4.5 and Plugin version 4.5.7 (2024100735)
