Simple cannot be loaded

Hello ,

I am a new with with the Windows companion device framework , i have downloaded this sample and i have tried to run it as it is just too see how it looks like , i have registered one device and the BG Service but unfortunately it doesn't do anything .
Do i should to edit anything ?

BG task would be hit after lock screen (WinKey + L).
