Azure Arc technology is a plumbing technology. Using Azure Arc branding everywhere is very confusing.
You will find it by example for :
"SQL Managed Instance" is a Microsoft product hosted on Microsoft Azure clouds.
"SQL Managed Instance enabled by Azure Arc" is a Microsoft product not hosted on Microsoft Azure clouds (e.g. using Azure Local).
This software product should have a single name called simply "SQL Managed Instance".
but also for Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
On each Azure Portal (single pane of glass) including disconnected ones, where services are running, where software are running should become only attributes and not the way stuff are structurated.
Azure SQL Hub, Kubernetes Center (not Hub ?), ... should include a consolidated view of ALL instances of SQL, resp. Kubernetes on any Azure cloud (public, private, cloud).
