Support for Azure Container Apps (ACA) Express

Does current Aspire’s ACA deployment support the newly announced ACA Express natively?
Could documentation be updated to clarify the current level of support, known limitations, and any planned improvements to achieve full compatibility in the future if necessary?

ACA Express is a brand-new SKU/positioning decision. Not a fit for Copilot until product owners confirm:

• Whether the existing Aspire ACA deployer publishes a configuration that ACA Express accepts natively (or needs new opts).
• What "supported on ACA Express" should mean in our docs (caveats? specific tier? known limitations?).

Once that's decided, the docs delta is straightforward — at that point it can re-route to Copilot.
