[yarn-plugin-ado-atuh] Release Artifacts Missing

Describe the bug
The install instructions for yarn-plugin-ado-auth are pointing to the artifacts releases from this repo, however it looks like they are gone. Unsure if this was never finished or someone deleted the releases

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.npmjs.com/package/@microsoft/yarn-plugin-ado-auth/v/0.2.2
2. Follow install instructions

Expected behavior
It should install

What is even the point of having a yarn plugin if nobody can install it? How can this be a 6 month do nothing issue?
