Uncaught runtime errors & index.worker.ts file

Yesterday, I started going through the Quick start guide (I plan to open an issue to suggest changes to the tutorial). Any help would be greatly appreciated and apologies if this has been asked/answered already. I did a search and did not see that it had already been asked/answered.

What I have:

• Development environment configured
• Microsoft Fabric configured
• Frontend is running
• Backend is running
• DevGateway is running 
• Sample item (preview) displays in new items in the Microsoft Fabric Workspace

The two issues that I am facing:

• I am getting the following error when I attempt to create the new Sample item (see screen print below):
  • Uncaught runtime errors: × ERROR [object Object] at handleError (http://127.0.0.1:60006/bundle.da289daeb0888cddbca9.js:9055:58) at http://127.0.0.1:60006/bundle.da289daeb0888cddbca9.js:9078:7
• The index.worker.ts file doesn't appear in Edge Developer Tools (only index.ts), so I am not able to debug the client application

• Windows 10 (Hyper-V local VM)
• Microsoft Edge 132.0...
• node v22.13.1
