EXCEPTION: Can't resolve all parameters for AppComponent

Not sure why this is happening, but the ChatService is not being resolved.

I think this is caused by the Typescript compiler. I am using a workaround for it: https://github.com/dimitrovs/sails-angular2-starter/blob/master/assets/js/app/chats.component.ts

It looks like the @Inject annotation is needed every time there is an injection.

Notice there are a couple more issues I found, but I am not sure what's the right project to log them against / or what's causing them:

1. ngOnInit does not work if using a router (it is called when you leave the route not when you enter)
2. Changes to the chats object are not detected by Angular2. I have to call changeDetectorRef.detectChanges() manually to trigger view update.

I am not sure if these issues are caused by our setup or if they are bugs in one/more of the libraries.
