Add an optional setting to start RedLight automatically when Windows starts.
This should be optional and user-controlled. Implementation should consider whether to use the registry Startup key, Startup folder, or another simple Windows-native mechanism.
This is related to scheduling, but useful as a smaller standalone feature.
