Pass extra optional uniforms.

It would be nice to have access to other uniforms (time, mouse, window's current size) so this can be used for making visual effects (imaging CRT for the terminal, halo around the cursor...)

oh, in that case you probably need to wait until the next hyprland release, since the stuff was added on top of hyprlands main branch
