Hi,
the structure of the http://apprisws.bioinfo.cnio.es/download/data/ has changed:
Under ./species_full folder there are other subfolders based on the annotation:

ens76.v8.16Apr2015/ 2015-06-11 12:28 -
[DIR] ens77.v7.9Feb2015/ 2015-03-09 11:29 -
[DIR] ens79.v8.2Apr2015/ 2015-03-27 19:39 -
[DIR] ens80.v8.16Apr2015/ 2015-03-27 19:39 -
[DIR] gen19.v7.9Feb2015/ 2015-03-09 11:16 -

and inside each of those one can find the appris_data.principal.txt needed.
The get_data.sh now fails in the wget line because of this.
