Tool to mount a temporal rig on chains or define list of controls

Should provided the following procedural animation

• Wave animation on a chain
• Spring animation
• Noise animation
• Hair strand with collision

TODO: add more complete description

Option to mount a IK spline controls on top of FK chain as a temporal rig upgrade
