Just trying to test this out, do I need a lower version of python3?

What I Did

python3 -m topalias

My error:

It's likely due to incompatible Click version, this works on my env.

uv venv -p 3.9 ta # only support <=3.9
source ta/bin/activate 
uv pip install "click<8.0" topalias # specify click<8
topalias
