You can get the raw bits using |

I see the raw bits in the My serial number 03077959, so I'm looking for 47f72e (unless I'm misundertanding the conversion).

@AryehGielchinsky The driver was both test against Dialog 3G and Sonata meters (In Tel Aviv). if you look in the docs at the beginning of the code you can see what part of the massage was deciphered. |
|
Ok, thanks for taking a look again. Closing as current flow rate isn't likely in the the payload. |

@AkaBoing I've reopened the discussion. Here is the log file made with a sink partially open for about 20 minutes.
Before recording the log I didn't see more than 1 code for my meter, so I used |

thx @AryehGielchinsky ,

@AkaBoing here is data I gathered from my neighborhood. I couldn't find any CRC in that. Maybe you will do better. |
|
I checked some of my neighbors whose signal I can receive, and their total water is also off by a factor of 100 from the implementation of device 260. As of commit 05438e4 my id is 2 nearby neighbors have ids of the form I'm don't know of a factor that is sent in transmission, so it probably doesn't make sense to change the code based on my neighborhood if others are getting the correct reading. |
|
im sure, the bytes following the water consumption stand for a factor and the Dimension. I tend to use the RAW value but its no big deal to take any factor you want f.i. /100 or *0.01. |

Most water meter have a resolution mark. |

last for today.. |
|
@AkaBoing If your guess was correct I would expect the flow parameter to decay to 0 for periods of no flow (which are evident quite often). |
|
the Flow rate formula works with the newest Sonata |

The UID is in did a 56 bits long. |

@avicarmeli, or this: otherwise a lot of good messages will be missing: extracted codes from your big excel list attached

might be usefull: |

How can I find out when this is available? It sounds very interesting.

Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
I've got an Arad Sonata water meter. I'm able to detect it using the current Arad device (number 260), though I have to divide the water reading by 100 (my current water usage is about 9.4m3, but the output is 942.4).
The division by 100 isn't a real issue by itself, but the new meter is digital and has a current flow rate on the display with very high precision, and I'd like to see if the flow rate is also being sent.
I'm having trouble using the custom decoder. I can't find my serial number 03077959. In hex it is 2ef747, which flipped is 47f72e, which I can't find.
When I use
rtl_433 -f 916.2M -R260 -F json:builtin_decoder.jsonI see my meter on the 29th and 59th second of every minute (with a funny charactor afterwards):But when I try to reproduce the current device with a custom decoder, I can't find my serial.
rtl_433 -f 916.2M -X "name=Arad,modulation=FSK_MC_ZEROBIT,short=8.4,long=8.4,reset=30,invert" -F json:customer_decdoder_invert.jsonAnd without the
invert:rtl_433 -f 916.2M -X "name=Arad,modulation=FSK_MC_ZEROBIT,short=8.4,long=8.4,reset=30" -F json:customer_decdoder.jsonWhat do I need to change in the custom decoder?
Thanks
