Middle East server not listed in patches shifts

Self explanatory. Would be very helpful to me and I imagine others if I could know the patch cutover times for the ME server.

I wrote most of the backend for this and I genuinely have no idea where that comes from. @jjmaldonis do you know where the patches.json comes from?

It's a separate file/package that calculates the patch times. I can add the Middle East server, we just need to figure out the offset time. That's much harder because we have to look at match histories to see when the first game in a patch was played, and do that over many patches.

If anyone wants to try to figure out the offset time that'd be great.

I understand, thanks for responding. Just wanted to say that I am still interested in this. I think this is the only source of this kind of information--that I could find anyways.
