Minimise to tray

Would it be possible to minimise the application to tray?

I'll have to re-write the UI using Tauri as there is no good way to do this with the current UI framework (egui) due to how the event loop processing is handled. Will look into it.

I have started a branch porting it over to Tauri called v2 but will close this issue when it is written, tested and released.
