The problem

Android TV has no home-screen presence; Apple TV already got a top-shelf/widget with new releases and resume.

Proposed

Add an Android TV home-screen channel/row (Google TV recommendations channel) surfacing new releases and continue-watching, mirroring what we shipped for Apple TV.

Definition of done

• Android TV home channel shows new releases
• It shows continue-watching (resume in-progress films)
• Parity with the Apple TV widget behaviour where the platform allows
