[Question]: Regarding database connection type

Just have a looked through marmot and I'm stunned with how marmot distributes SQLite to multiple server. However, one thing that I am noticed is that marmot only mentions using MySQL as the connection method, not from the SQLite's CLI itself. So, in case that I wanted to use SQLite's CLI/SDK, or better Turso's CLI/SDK as the connection method, am I still able to achieve the replication benefits that marmot brings ? Or I have to use MySQL to achieve those ?

Yes you can still read from the SQLite DB directly. Writes however would not be replicated, for writes you have to go throught the MySQL interface.

I see, thanks @maxpert. In addition, if I wanted to tune the SQLite's DB using PRAGMA, can I still do it via MySQL's interface or I have to do it manually via SQLite's interface ?

Yes, you can run PRAGMA through Marmot’s MySQL interface, when tinkering with journal settings (WAL) or cache settings just be careful.
