Bug: Tombstone artifact in my Followed threads

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to Threads
2. Select Quiz time thread from Camryn Brackenbury
3. Click on More options
4. Click on Unfollow thread
5. Thread remains despite clearing cache and reloading. Also tried logging out, but after login issue remains. Does not apply to the mobile version, only appears in my desktop app. Part of Tesla org.

Expected behavior

Thread should be removed from the display
