Can this be used offline?

I don't think so. I just tried installing it as an offline app with chrome and it didn't work. I don't think it's possible without rewriting it to include all game assets in the initial bundle. The game loads lots of large image files, sound files, translation files, etc, all depending on your settings and which game you choose at runtime. I didn't design it thinking about offline capability unfortunately.

I think the only way to support it would be to re-write the codebase, or you could set up the website as if you were going to develop it, and then you could run a local instance of the entire website. The only problem with that is that if you're unfamiliar with node.js you'll have to install all of the development tools needed to run it, and even then, you'll have to remove some debugging code that I have enabled when it's running locally.
