--extract-to not working as of v1.28.2, opens file chooser dialog

Expected behaviour

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Install the latest version (currently v1.28.2) of the engrampa package on Arch

MATE general version

N/A (I'm not using MATE for my desktop environment)

Can confirm the bug. The invalid behavior makes it impossible to use command line arguments for extracting archives quietly.

I have literally never used engrampa in this way, would use the tar command directly in such cases. Probably best to leave this for others on the team

I'm working on the feature for thunar-archive-plugin that opens Extract-to dialog window in the last used location.

@lukefromdc As you can see, Ark and File-roller work as expected with "--extract-to=$location" argument, but for Engrampa I have to add "--default-dir=" parameter as well, since without it the program just opens its own dialog window in the archive location and completely ignores the provided path. While according to the help menu it should just extract and quit:

Application Options:
-e, --extract-to=FOLDER Extract archives to the specified folder and quit the program

Well, my merge request was declined. But Engrampa should behave as it stats in "help" menu.
