As a user I want to be able to be logged in to my instance AND not have to worry about a coworker / family member seeing some private items on my screen so that I can use the system but not worry about getting yelled at.
Implementation
I'm imagining some sort of privacy state toggle in the heading or sidebar. Click it and you get a cookie that hides private items in lists even when logged in. Click it again and they appear.
You'd still be able to view / create people, and administer and all that. it would only effect the display if private things in lists.
