[BUG] Some posts show a phantom eye button despite having no content warning or applicable filter

Current Behavior

This post used to be erroneously hidden by the content warning view in the iOS app (there appears to be no content warning). That is now fixed but it still shows the eye button to show/hide, which then does nothing.

I see the same issue on the web:

Expected Behavior

No eye button if there is no visibility to toggle.

This is due to the post being marked sensitive but having no attached media and no spoiler_text. This isn't a common state, and isn't supposed to happen.
