Doesn't work at all in say-all or line-by-line navigation

Been using this addon for a bit and love it. I notice that it doesn't work in say all, or when navigating content line-by-line and encountering elements that would otherwise make sounds. Not sure if that is expected behavior, but the existence of settings to disable processing in say all leads me to believe that it should work there. By default, though, neither sounds nor roles are spoken in say-all.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, due to changes made by NV Access, this feature will no longer work. Specifically, in order for this to work, the Automatically set system focus to focusable elements check box should be checked, and NV Access recommends you not check this as it introduces unpredictable behavior with websites and focus jumps.
