Hello,
as the subject says, the repository hosts a modified copy of QDNAseq. However, only the byte-compiled objects are available and not the actual source code. As the original QDNAseq code is under the GPL (reading the original Bioconductor entry), the modified source code should be made available.
Note that this does not affect anything else in the repository, just this specific package.
