Configurable Settings for App Servers and DB Names

I am working on a project that uses marklogicworkflow and DHF 4.3.1. We attempted to upgrade to DHF 4.3.2 but ran into issues during deployment because of port conflicts with the DHF and marklogicworkflow.

Recommend adding support for new optional gradle properties to define values for the following so it can be deployed with DHF 4.3.2+:

mlWorkflowContentDatabaseName
mlWorkflowTriggersDatabaseName
mlWorkflowModulesDatabaseName
mlWorkflowServerName
mlWorkflowServerPort
mlWorkflowXccServerName
mlWorkflowXccServerPort
