Action exceeds runtime

Not sure what is going on as there are no logs or error messages. We're using the action and it runs for 6 hours after which it gets cancelled because that exceeds the maximum runtime for a job in github action. Wondering what could be causing it to run for so long

In the docs folder and its subfolder are a total of 166 markdown files

The same is happening to me. Was completing nearly instantly; now just hangs forever. @andymac4182, it would be good if you could comment on this.

Seems it is the chrome process hanging. This doesn't happen with the cli, but does seem to hang the action. If I add any mermaid diagrams, the process sticks indefinitely.

For anyone looking for a workaround to this issue you can just remove the mermaid opening comment. This way the tool will not try to render the diagrams and they will still in the output as source blocks.

Example action step:

      - name: Disable Mermaid blocks
        run: |
          set -e
          find _YOUR-FOLDER-HERE_ -type f -name "*.md" -print0 | while IFS= read -r -d '' file; do
          sed -i 's/^```mermaid$/```/g' "$file"
          done

This leaves the first line in the source intact which in mermaid's syntax represents the type of chart. You can opt to remove it as well if you like.
